This image has the warmest energy of all of yours that I've seen. There's not a trace of sadness. Instead it appears to breathe with peace and security, as if we were allowed a peek into a magic forest sanctuary. I really like the bright tones and contrasts that accentuate the serene mood. Also details are great, both in how they are painted - I like this sharpness, and in what they are - for instance, the cobweb behind his ear is intriguing. It hints that he's spent a long time lying there; or paerhaps he never moves at all, born from soil, one with the trees?
Lastly, I don't usually say such things but the squirrel melted my heart, I must say.

With this one I wanted to create a tranquil warm image.Β
The idea came to me one day while in the woods myself... I was lying in the sun against a tree watching the birds, butterflies and forest animals scurrying around. I was sitting so still that i seemed to go unnoticed by the woodland creatures. It was an amazing moment really, and i wondered what it would be like to just stay in that moment forever... Β to just become a part of the tree and forget and be forgotten by the real world.
