This is beautiful. I love the shading of her skin, and how the yellows in it really compliment the blues of the background. And the details in the hair are fantastic. The hints of red in the braid are such a nice touch, it's just gorgeous!

thanks, I appreciate the compliment. Hair is the hardest thing for me to draw, seems kind of hit and miss. Sometimes it turns out great, other times it ruins the drawing for me

I wish all my sketch card likenesses worked out like this one did. As for the hair, used .05 multiliner for the outline. I think the key to the hair is little dashes of pale porcelain blue. I don't know what I was thinking with that dark red/brown that ended up in the hair, but it seemed to work ok. Thank you.
