My Version of Captain AmericaCaptain America III - Rick Jones
In World War II Steve Rogers became the first Captain America. After Long Years of Fighting he gave the Shield to his longtime Partner James "Bucky" Barnes who became the second Cap and was one of the Founding Members of the first Avengers Team. But after an dramatic Battle against the Masters of Evil, Barnes died from heavy injuries. With his last words he gave his Shield to an young SHIELD Agent: Rick Jones.
So he became the new Captain America, and soon after that also Chairman of the Avengers.
