Not by me, sorry. I only use Windows for certain games, so I don't really customise it at all, and have no idea how to anyway. If someone know how to, it's fine with me, just credit me and id Software.

If you have them in pngs, you could convert them to 32x32 .cur files. Cursor types for windows: Normal, Text, Link, Help, Denied, Horiz resize, Vertic resize, Diagonal resize (2 of them), move, alt select (upside pointing arrow), busy, working in background.
I hope that helps. I really want to use this on my Windows box, too.

How would I save them as .cur? I could convert them to png really easily, but GIMP on Linux doesn't seem to have a .cur plugin, as far as I can tell.

Err... you'll probably need some cursor editor crap. RealWorld (on Windows) works nicely. Actually I thought that Paint can save to .cur. My bad.

I'm using Linux. I could save them as png if you would do the converting to .cur.

I actually tried to convert them with xcur2png, but the hand got screwed up. Also it seemed a bit pixelly in Windows.

Here are all the cursors in 24px PNG format. [link]
I just opened them in GIMP and exported to PNG. The original cursors are 24px so you'll have to paste them into 32px .cur files. To not have pixelation, I suggest making a new 32px .cur file and copy-pasting them in, with no stretching.
