Yeah, something I always wanted to know how to do is the glowing effect for his eyes, I'd love to know how to do that

If you have access to Adobe Photoshop, it's pretty easy. Just select the shape of the eyes, copy it to another layer and then add gradients, inner and outer glows. Works pretty well.
