Most of the image seems to have been kept in sharp focus. The chosen background image is simple and doesn't distract the viewer from the subject.
The placement of the cyberfalls and the posture of the head provide a nice counterpoint to the angle of the subject's body. I think you may have used a slight de-saturation which works well with the chosen colours and the dark theme.
There is a slight glow on the skin, I'm not sure if you achieved it with lighting, makeup or through digital image editing (which is when I usually apply such effects) it's subtle but a great addition.
