I used to watch Futurama a lot, so this makes me smile because it is so nostalgic and accurate to the characters.
The colors are nice and the overall design is appealing and show accurate. However, the colors do seem a bit bold to me, particularly the blue. That isn't really a criticism, but it does give the picture a slightly harsher appearance.
Bender looks a bit... Flat. Where the other two characters look 3-dimensional, he looks less real. I'm mostly noticing this in his body, however, not his face, which is shaded and highlighted really well.
Fry looks accurate, and his expression is great, but Leela looks especially good. You got her eye and mouth down perfectly!
Overall I think it's a really good drawing.
