Description Porcelain vine berries are edible raw or cooked, though they are described as "not very palatable" on the Plants. The vine's leaf buds, leaves and stems are also edible when cooked. They are absolutely beautiful to look at....

See beauty in everything.....Even in the ugly ones

Oh my!  They look so fake.  If those berries are really real, they're so colorful.  I've never seen them before.

The translation for "bektasi uzumu" reads "gooseberry. While they look similar, but  these two are entirely different.

I think I am mistaken. Google says its origin comes from south Asia and middle America region. It doesnt grows in Anatolia. Sorry : )

Wow, these are just beautiful! I half expected them to be poisonous, they're so pretty. (Usually seems to work that way, doesn't it? ) I'll have to see if they can be grown in my area...

You seem to have quite the variety of plants in your garden. It's admirable. I can't wait until I can start my own garden someday! I have to wait until I can buy a house. Then I can grow my own fruit and vegetables! They taste so much better when you grow it yourself, and I'm sure you know that. I want to plant many different flowers too. It's hard work, but quite worth it!

Yes, I do have many plants in my garden, you know the beauty of having so many plants? I hardly have to buy any of them! I often "borrow" a twig, as long as we take care of them, often times they grow beautifully for us. I specially enjoy when I come across plants I know not much about! For example, I went to Taiwan last year, we went on a different island for a few days, it was so amazing that this island had so many dragon fruits...so I brought home 2 "twigs", they are doing so beautifully in my garden right now, so excited for this particular plant. I am also growing a "moon and stars" watermelon in square shape, can't wait to share them with you guys...
