This is my first in my Wild Fae series. I wanted to protray a kind of warrior fairy race....Photoshop 7, 12 hours

I don't see a problem with my art being posted on this site...so long as my name and a link to my DA page is always provided. Thank you for asking to use my art...many don't bother and that is irritating. I do have one question...what is this site used for? I looked at it, but I don't get it...could be that I am not hip enough to get it...

well it's for many people all ages they rp=role play and they have alot of fun cause it's alot better then having like people role play in real life cause you an do the impossible u should try it some time

I actually GM a roleplay game called Vampire:The Masquerade. I don't get how art ties in with this website of yours, but as long as you aren't using it to make money or passing it off as your own, I don't see how it is any different than my art being up on DA or artwanted. Just provide me a link so I can go see how one of them looks up on it.

Fairies are normally suppose to be peaceful non-violent creatures. So, I think that creating a picture of a warrior fairy is very original! Great job! The colors are simply breath-taking!

I did say that...but I am lazy and women are easier for me to draw for some reason....and I really haven't been inspired in the men department lately. The last couple of male-art attempts have been just tragic.

lol...excessive shine...lol...I think if anything sums up my work as a whole....excessive might be it. Excessively colorful, excessively shiney....the list goes on and on. But if you knew me in person you would see where it comes from....I am an excessive person. People tell me constantly, "You wear too much make-up...what is up with all the black clothes....why is your hair three different colors?" And then there is also how I live....my walls are usually covered in posters and not an inch of white wall to be seen and pink and orange christmass lights everywhere and barbie dolls as far as the eye can see (160 of them) ....I really might be the world's oldest teenager at the ripe old age of 27. So yeah...excessiviness is just what I live for. lol. Just an insight into the crazy workings of me

I bet most of my watcher probably consider my art kind of bi-polar...I mean, one week it's dark and nothing but skulls and death...and the next week is happy little fairies and mermaids....lol. I am just all over the place.

Her stomack is further back in the picture and shadow...she's leaning forward...so more detail would have made it look like it was out instead of back. Does that make sense? Anyway, glad you like her, I hope the rest of them can do her justice

Admitedly I could have spent more time on the tummy, but I was so darn tired by then...after more than 12 hours of working on it ...one of my eyes was burning and I had to finish it with one eye closed...maybe I should look into glasses or eyedrops or something.

Don't worry, I know exactly how you feel. I had to finally stop working on a piece that I'm doing in graphite on a painting canvas (I was supposed to paint it, but then I got carried away with the shading) because I wanted a sharper mind when I started working on some of the finer details (plus, I've been working on it for about 7 hours now ^_^v)
Eye drops and glasses, huh? I would just stick with good ole fashion sleep and stuffs ^^

I can't do art in my sleep! lol. I don't know, I tend to shut down when I am in art mode. I don't eat, sleep...it's pretty much an emergcy when I have to pee....and people know to leave me alone. My poor boyfriend is so understanding...he will even get off the computer and leave World of warcraft so that I can color my art in Photoshop. That's love!

Lol, so true so true. However, with me, my arm will start to twich adn then it's all down hill from there, so then I need to stop or it will try and kill my pic. And I wish that people would leave me alone when I work lol Who knows how many Art 1's I've growled at when they interupted me ^_^
