I feel almost hypocritical for hating "3 Squares and an Ed" yet loving this episode, yet the "torture porn" premise makes more sense here. Eddy does get himself into one scrape after another, but he actually does stuff to bring it about. He goes around trying to act like he's some sort of god and expects everybody else to just play along, with predictable results. That's a good premise. And while it ends with all three Eds in a bad position, I like the fact that, for the most part, only Eddy gets tormented for his actions.

Right. Ed and Double D don't deserve to get punished for something Eddy did.

You're right, they don't. Still, I don't know whether to admire them for their devotion or to bluntly tell them to leave before they get sucked into it. There are, thankfully, a number of episodes where only the guilty one is punished.
