Ah, Markarth is one of Skyrim's cities, and shares a few noticeable traits with this, such as the towering structure in the center that could have once been the Temple of Dibella in the city. Just my personal perspective, likely not shared by many.

It is selfmade and does use a lot of conquest blocks though.

I think this would look awesome if it was Animated. I'm guessing this is either some sort of John smith or Conquest texturpack.
