Based on the two second skit from the episode Frightmare.

Dash is Danny Phantom. Stuck up, shallow, abuses his powers, and needs constant prompting before he saves the day.

Danny is his one and only reason the world isn't destroyed yet, or at least the high school. Debating on weather of not Danny should have the orange jumpsuit or the white one he originally had, as Dash wore a special spare when he had the accident.

It's fun making Danny damage control.
