I am so proud of this right now I can't even...just...how in the heck did I draw this? Its seriously has the best fur texture and facial anatomical structure I think I've done so far...ever. Even the noses look good. lol
Anyhoot, whats happening is here is 'Soul Synthesis'; when two people 'link' up with each other and quite literally share their memory and spirit with each other, this includes communicating with each others Aura (ie; spiritual essence ie; pretty lights representing the soul of a person) . It usually takes a few years to master. However, in the comic Sapphire (jackal) and Talon (wolf) don't do this until way later. But the idea has been lodged in my brain for (liek) the past 2 years and its about time I drew it. XD

Hi just letting you know I've never written a critique before but I love this so much I want to try.
You have done a great job with looking into the spirituality aspect you have truly nail the spirit theme you were looking for. The background contrast with the spiritual aspect making them stand out. A great choice. The only thing I would add would be a more of a glow to Talon and Sapphire and more of a trail and glow to the spirits although this is just more of a personal opinion than technical. Its just what comes to mind when I think about spirit and aura.
All in all its a beautiful piece with a beautiful feel.
