This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by "Masque of Hydrargyros". If this card has a "Windwitch - Winter Bell" stacked beneath it, it gains the following effects:
● Your opponent can only Special Summon WIND monsters from their hand.
● Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can target 1 monster in either player's GY: Your opponent loses 200 LP times the targeted monster's Level.
● Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower WIND monster from your hand, then gain LP equal to the DEF of the Special Summoned monster.
If this card leaves the field, Banish all card stacked beneath it face-down.
