Earlier this month, there was a news story about a Canadian fellow that floated above the city of Calgary in a balloon chair. His overall goal was to advertise his business, but instead he was charged with mischief and fines.Β
I wanted to make something goofyβ¦And I could see Mayor Dewey from Steven U pulling a similar stunt to get re-elected.
