This is Palkia using his signature move for the Gen. 4 Pokemon Tribute.
Although late, this is my final piece for round one, and thus, settles my account!
-With Palkia, I experimented more with the same techniques that I tried with my last two pokemon, so hopefully it turned out alright. A lot of color and lighting experimentation.
--With Palkia's attack spacial rend...well..I'm not super fantastic with special effects, so... hope it satisfies enough!
