Here's a reference sheet for my precious baby girl. It took all night to make this but I'm overall pleased with the results. I haven't drawn very many reference sheets so I'm still learning layout and formatting and all that stuff.Here's some more detailed information on her:

Likes: cat videos, deep conversations, her stick, following older mechs around Dislikes: Airachnid, people who shoot off her wings in a fight, being ignored, being trapped Strengths: emotional intelligence, She is extremely stubborn. She is intuitive towards others’ feelings. Weaknesses: She is very impressionable and timid at times. She faints fairly easily. She is naive and fiercely loyal to almost anyone who is kind to her. She’s pretty small and can’t take a hit too well. She can be easily subdued by just being picked up and thrown.
Abilities/Skills: her size allows her to fit in places most cons cannot, intuition, intellect. She has really acute senses and good reflexes. She can disarm explosives and avoid security systems. She is good at hiding. She has a way of talking herself out of trouble and advanced critical thinking skills

History: Stormshift was created in a Decepticon experiment on earth. She has never seen Cybertron. Knockout and Soundwave were put in charge of the experiment from whence she came during Shockwave’s absence. She spent most of her life roaming the halls and hiding in the ventilation systems of the Nemesis until she caught the eye of a seeker known as Wingrupture who took her under his wing and assigned her to his team.

Yeah, for most of her life she is a decepticon. It's a lot easier to list it as her faction because it's the faction she was created/born into as a sparkling.
Of course, she has some character traits that would be considered as MAJOR flaws among the decepticons, such as empathy and compassion and a fierce and undying loyalty to anyone who so much as looks kindly her way. She's a traumatized little bean who's at the very bottom of the pecking order. Even the vehicons use her as target practice. That is, they do until she stumbles upon an old seeker named Wingrupture (a friend's oc) who takes her under his wing and starts training her. Later on she's captured by the autobots and even joins them for a time, but sadly that time with them is short lived because the cons take her back by force. She definitely has more of an autobot spark than a decepticon one. Her entire character arc is about her finding her place in the universe and eventually abandoning both sides entirely for her own goals and pursuits, only to reunite with old allies from both sides after the war is over. It is only then that she can truly find her place.
I have quite a few headcanons about her as well as a couple mini fanfics I'm writing. If enough people are interested then maybe I can post the links in one of my journals on here.
