so far awaymy somber face glares back at me
reflecting off the window
as I stare outside
the rain comes falling down
colliding with the pavement
causing chaos on the sidewalk
the stars are blanketed in darkness
behind clouds of misery
from hidden light the shadows crawl
my eyes start to water
as I crave your touch
you are so far away
yet still killing me inside...

nothing much new for the first three lines but ur poem still gives off a good melancholic feel about it :thumsbup: the last stanza shone though. especailly the last two lines. fitted perfectly. thats all i have to say. on a lesser technical side, stay strong ok
