This is an old one. It was sort of dangerous to take because at the time, the bridge expansion taking place across the street eliminated the sidewalk on both sides, making this once-wide road extremely narrow for cars, trucks, semis, busses and pedestrians. I remember holding the camera high above my head and standing on my toes just barely off of the street, trying to get a good shot of the re-bar stabbing out of the top of this temporary-looking cement wall. It was a very busy day for industry and a lot of big rigs were headed over the bridge. I have enough problems sanding FLAT on my feet let alone on my tippy toes. I'm not going to lie, I expected to get killed.
