Pictures of YouSeeing you,
Everyday that I'm alive,
Reminds me of why I'm here,
And that my love burns so bright
Seeing you,
Always helps me to rise above,
And your face is still the one thing,
I can never get enough of...
Faded photographs,
Mix the present and the past,
Proving to me all over again,
That love...
Is the one thing that lasts...
As long as you are with me,
There's nothing that I can't take,
And If I was to lose you,
I know my heart would break
Not being in love so deep,
Is something I can't choose,
And If I need a reminder,
I have all these pictures of you
Seeing you,
And all the passion that we feel,
Brings what we have to life,
In a way that's so unreal
Seeing you,
Whenever I look in her eyes,
Shows me everything that I am,
And exactly why I'm alive...

Oh, and let me add that in a way, for me personally, it had double meanings beyond your original intent.

Yep. But the situation it brings my thoughts to is a forced separation of two in love rather than a death. (b/c if i interpreted your original intent correctly the person is dead and you're remembering them with love.) And thus, I'm mostly often looking at old pictures.
But know that it means something to me, and that reaches to goal of all great writers.

That's really sweet, though. I'm glad you told me. That changes it again. It's really interesting to explore different layers in a poem, though, don't you think? Different ways to find meaning, possible double or triple meanings, etc...
