I would think Sonic would fit WAY better as Kouga. Rivalry with Inuyasha, known for his speed, thinks he's the best, hot headed, boastful, considered a hero by his clan. It fits WAY better then Sonic as Miroku.
Miroku, aside from being a pervert, is quite, calculating, and thoughtful. For Miroku i would probably go with Espio.

I was thinking the same with Sonic, but he doesn't quite have the similar personality to him.Β Which is why I'm probably going to go with Scourge. That why, Rosey can come in and be Ayame and Flying Frog and Predator Hawk are the two remaining members of Kouga's pack. It's not going to be EXACTLY like the anime
I don't know about Espio...For one I don't know he likes in the comics and he isn't um, a flirt like him. 
I think Sonic fits him pretty because in the comics he does flirt a bit but is also a gentleman like Miroku can be at times. Plus I think Sally fits Sango pretty well because of their personalities.

Yes,everything about this if full of yes! Though, maybe Amy some long socks or something? The amount of pink on her is kind of obnoxious.
Also, I think you got the the cast of replacement characters spot on! Except for Eclipse...who is Eclipse? I don't remember seeing him in the games or comics.

Eclipse is a new character who appears in the Archie comics. He's perfect for Inuyasha's brother, because they are half brothers. And like Inuyasha's brother being full demon, Eclipse is a full dark arms. And they share that love hate relationship too. You can look him up in the wikia to read about him
