I coulda sworn I replied to this awhile ago, I haven't really been around checking my dA as often though, so I'm sorry for the late reply.
My lines really only work with photoshop, gimp, and sai. Really, anything that can open a .psd file and use layers. I don't know much about ipads (never had or used one before), so I dunno if I can give you much technical advice.
