This hoopa is a mischievous young Legendary with an infamous reputation for being a troublemaker. She used to be a cruel and uncaring pokemon, but with the help of her new friends, she’s learning how to be a better person. She and Marshadow are BFFs, and help each other out a lot. Hoopa helps Marshadow come out of his shell more, and Marshadow helps Hoopa learn to use her manners and stops her from committing crimes.
