Very neat animation. The only thing I could think to criticize is that his glasses flash a bit too frequently, otherwise it's dagifbomb.

I think if you have the time and man-grit, you should definitely do a gif for each character! Sounds time-consuming, but you'll be a grade-a gif maker afterwards!
