Looking into the nightsky reminds Ivan of his homeland in the north.
Due to his mixed blood he did not look like a normal Frisian and was banned as he tried to convince the herd members that he was just like them. However they told him to go anyway and Ivan now wanders alone.
He sometimes wishes himself back in the Iceland where the stars shine brightest at night.
Eventually his mother and his old love might be watching the same sky.

Okay, now some criticism.
My first attempt at drawing a nightsky with colour pencils and acrylic pens. Whew.
I seriously tried my best and it looks alright, but I guess next time I'll try the ink method :3
The mountains and grass look like usual, it was just really difficult to integrate it into the sky so that it all seemed to belong together.
And Inverno, ah, wenn I could have done his expression a bit better, he's not such a happy guy.
Shading is okay, but could be more realistic too ...

Yeah.... I guess that's it but feel free to add some comments too
