And here comes... FAITHY <3
Sou's and my little, cute and adorable fluff of a foal that will never grow up in our hearts
I was planning to draw him for so long and upon finding the perfect reference, I just had to start scribbling!
Came up with a new style that involves seperate layers of markers and polychromos and I would love to know what you think of it?
It's a more saturated colour scheme but I am not so sure about the hair...
Should I draw single hairs or keep it this shiny way? - Any thoughts are welcome!

Naaaaaaw, es ist so schön den kleinen Knopf mal wiederzusehen <3 Und er sieht wirklich unglaublich süß aus! Ich liebe die Pose und die Anatomie, vor allem die Vorderbeine und der kleine schlanke Kopf mit den großen grünen Knopfaugen
Und ich bin ganz ehrlich: Dieser Stil gefällt mir extrem gut! Ich mag das tiefe Shading total und die Highlights An der Flanke und vor allem an den Vorderhufen und auch die grüne Umrandung passt irgendwie total gut
Der Stil für die Haare gefällt mir auch, vor allem beim Schweif passt dieser strähnige Stil total.

Naww dankeschön! Ich hab mir aber auch ganz doll Mühe gegeben, damit die Lineart gut aussieht!
Ich finde,dass die Markers das Fell satter aussehen lassen. Es gibt keine weißen Stellen und der Glanz wirkt besser ~
Ob ich die Umrandung überall so weiter mache, weiß ich noch nicht. Hier hat es aber irgendwie gut gepasst.

He's so cute frolicking around! I really love this style, it's so smooth and the amount of detail of his coat in those highlights is wonderful. ♡

I wonder how the manes style looks on a horse with long mane but on Faith I think it looks pretty!

I also think that the markes have great impact into the smoothness of the fur, it looks much more saturated!
Yes, I am actually not sure yet how to shade a longer mane. I guess I'll have to try and see

Ah well I will maybe starting today a new project and draw Juarez (who has a long mane & tail) aaaand make her Estrela markings glow and fade as she runs but aaaaah well I dont know if that will work out xD
(I tried it once, it looked crappy, but here we go again. Shira needs to get that idea onto paper)

I quite like those colours you use.
I have never really managed to get along with photoshop but sometimes I find that traditional arts don't really include all things possible.
