Welcome to Nightvale!My head cannon of Cecil is that he is not very attractive. Not unnattractive, just, no Calvin Klein model. Reddish skin around the eyes, moles, messy hair, etc.
It might not be your head cannon, but I think a beautiful thing about this fandom is all the different ideas of how these characters may look.

I've never timed how long it takes me, but i would say less than an hour. and close to 30 minutes if i have someone to help me!!
The fandom has really been great so far, of what I've seen.
