Sorry, that is not Darth Bane. Looks cool for the Clones Wars take on changing canon which is where that is from, but still Bane's armor was organic.

Probably Eva foam, similar to how people make fallout ranger armor. And I could freehand it, but for the actual armor plates I may model those and 3d print too and then use gold leaf to inlay the gold engravings. Then make the eyes glow in an oscillating manner between red, orange and yellow, and use diffuse lenses similar to iron man cosplays.

I certainly won't forget. Especially since I want to cosplay as him at the premiere of Episode 8, and I cant't wear the helmet into the actual auditorium itself, only out in the lobby, so I'll need to be authentic even with the helmet removed.
