I did notice your chipmunk shot, and that was nice also, but my love is the squirrels pose at the time, that is a once in a lifetime capture, you will never replicate, or stage that.

It’s not often one sees a tender moment between wild creature and human, especially as they’re squirrels. Since we’re constantly chopping down their homes to provide for our own selves, I’d half expect ‘em to lash out. But I guess they’re really good at forgiving others.
Anyway, as far as the cruxes of the photo goes, the timing is practically spot on, the focus on the giving hand and animal adds a nice sense of emotional depth, and the expression is very well captured too. I certainly can’t find any fault to point out, at any rate. So, all in all, well done!
