There once was a torchic who lived in a shoe...

Torchic: MUDKIP USE SURF!
Mudkip: Dude I don't know that move yet...
Torchic: SHUSH. IMAGINATION!

I couldn't decide between pictures to include, so I included both~
This is Torchic! He has a Hoenn buddy, Mudkip. I haven't made a Treecko, and
probably won't in time, because this Torchic is soon going to a new home. c:
I loved making the little guy, he was a surprising challenge. The little head
feathers, the 3 right there... they took like 3 tries to get right. Working from
no pattern, it's the shapes like that that'll do it. My first idea ended up with a
wibbly yellow glob, and the second was pretty similar. So, Bam, 3rd try. (Also
the only try where I wasn't distracted by Supernatural... hm )

My next project may or may not involve the legendary birds, depending on whether
or not I get another commission. May or may not make them anyway, even if I have
a commission to work on. >D So hey, if you're interested, I'd certainly love to hear that

This doll was commissioned, but if you're interested, I have a couple of pokemon dolls (and others)
available and ready-to-ship, including that mudkip~!

Technical info that I keep forgetting~
I made torchic with size 10 crochet thread, and a (probably) size 2 steel crochet hook
Goldenrod and Light yellow (?) colored, probably just picked up at walmart.
Also 6mm safety eyes, and stuffed with... fluff from my mom's sewing room...?
