And here is 's draconic form of her fursona. You might think it would be a challenge to turn an adorable Sheltie into a fierce dragon... but the trick is just make its eyes really small, its teeth and claws really sharp, and give it lots and lots of manly hair (and a goatee). And viola!If anyone is interested, I'll probably be opening commissions of about this quality for about $20 or less (or sketch commissions of the quality of my previous deviation for $5). I need moneys for a plane ticket to Cali and I don't really have a full time job soooo yeah. >_< I still need to work out the details buuut if anyone would seriously consider it, note me.

Ok, I looked for a bit. I love it! I love all of the tones you put into the shading, and it also makes me know for sure that it looks amazing in person. I love the eastern influence you gave the design, as well as the thick tails you give your dragons. She surely looks fierce! I agree, small eyes and a goatee make her looks more 'tough'.
I really like it though! Makes me wanna draw dragons!

I'm so glad that you like it! I had super-duper fun designing and coloring it. I am REALLY pleased with how it looks in real life, so I'll have to bring it in to show you tomorrow. ^^

Hahaha well the colors choices aren't exactly my original ideas, since Ellie's design already existed and all I had to do was dragonify it. Though I am glad that you noticed the purple (I was trying to tie the warm tones back into the whole picture) and I hope you noticed the green shading in the mane too (though most of that got eaten by the scanner, unfortunately).
Weeeeeell if for some reason you end up with an unseemly amount of cash and have the urge to spend it on something for yourself... you know where to find me. xDDD Just as long as it's before mid-March because that's when I've got to make the purchase I'm saving up for.

Whoops, I meant $5 sketch commission. Dx And sorry, but my professional artist cousin talked with me about pricing policy and said that giving commission discounts for friends and family was a no-no. Considering how high up she's gotten in the art world, I trust her advice. :3
