Another of the Son of the Black Eye characters, again posting here because this is mine from scratch rather than inking someone else's pencils.

Another character from the Son of the Black Eye campaign in Battle for Wesnoth [link] - this time, Inarix, a Saurian who helps our hero through some scrapes, mainly by providing healers. The rest of the portraits can be seen here (when the forum comes back up, and assuming the thread still exists when it does...) [link]

The original lines are now in scraps. Since the forum's currently down, the final version is getting its first showing here on dA. The major change from the first few versions (seen both here and elsewhere) is the addition of the reddish stripes on the neck, back (though you can't see those) and tail. I added them after looking at reference material, because they seem like a good way of adding texture - they enable me to show scales in areas where direct highlights don't fall.

I'm very pleased with this final version. Also, download the latest development version of the game to see my portraits in action
