Description
'Gold, the golden jackal girl, is a symbol of destitution in the path of man – and defiance in the face of poverty. She lives in the desert on the outskirts of a human town, where she lives off scraps and pickings. She is lean due to not having much to eat, but her apparent frailty is deceptive – Gold is wiry and tough, with surprising tenacity and physical endurance. Her greatest strength, however, is her intelligence – like all jackals, Gold is as sharp as a razor blade, and wields a feral intellect with self-preservation at its core. Gold’s skinny belly is hardly ever full, but with her ferocious spirit and quick mind, she more often than not beds down at the end of the day with enough in her stomach to soothe the pangs of hunger for one more night.'

Original Character created over winter break. Gold was actually inspired by Poorfag-chan - destitute but strong-minded and optimistic. Of course, real-life jackals are too resourceful to be destitute, but this is symbolism, something all of my characters have~
