This is a good match up I think if it was the comic book version before the new 52, gohan would have a run for his money, as Superboy has fought Superboy prime, Doomsday and other highly powerful heroes like aquaman and green lantern, heck he has has raced a flash family member, I do see Gohan winning more times than losing, new 52 superboy would put a good fight but would lose as one of his beat feat is like city to small star level so yeah Gohan wins again

Xenomaster: I said Supergirl because it's not fair using Superboy. He's a half human clone and not anywhere near as strong as Superman. Plus Kara appeared before him, Kon is more like Goten than Gohan.
Me: Yeah, well, that aside, it really doesn't matter as the is not the battle between Supergirl and Gohan here. The battle is between Superboy and Gohan. And it isn't fair of you to try and turn this battle into something akin to a different one by not contributing to actually bringing up who would win (Superb and Gohan) by mentioning Supergirl's and that "Superboy's a half human clone" stuff out of nowhere.
It would had been a little better you just said....
"Gohan. Obviously. I mean, seeing as he's a half human clone of Superman, it's a real no brainer on how that fight will turn out."
..and left it at that.

I think Gohan would win because, well, Superboy is half Kryptonian and not as powerful as Superman. Well, the version from Young Justice is anyway.
