I did my best on this, but there's still some iffy spots. Oh well. So what kind of Pokemon would the nations be? Here's what I thought:

Plusle-ciano and Ro-minun: They're okay for support but pretty useless by themselves. I kid, but seriously, it's obvious isn't it? Romano's even the negative one. lol
Ger-canine/Ar-many: Germany sure loves dogs. I threw in his Iron Cross as a collar too.
Squirtan: Well, he's a turtle Pokemon since he's very "withdrawn"... (horrible pun ^_^U) but the water typing is fitting since he's an island nation.
Ameri-chu: America and Pikachu actually have something in common (besides being the hero of course), everybody's who's heard of them has an opinion about them, you know?
Meowth-land: It was actually kinda tricky to pick a Pokemon for England, but I ended up picking Meowth to make him the opposite of Ameri-chu.
Francerade: It's all about the roses.
Espeona: China is an old country, age=wisdom, wisdom = psychic type... and Espeon sorta looks like a cat. I think China would like that. Also: CHINA! I CHOOSE YOU! ROFL
Russ-vile: A Dark/Ice type that perhaps some people would find cute, but they'll still remember his "dark" side.

I don't know if I'll do the other nations yet, there's so many to choose from you know? I hope you enjoyed this.
