A "Thank you" commission of Sinnoh League champion, Cynthia, for !~I had lots of fun experimenting with all the different effects on photoshop! I recently discovered how to make the dots surrounding Cynthia. If you're curious as to how to do that, there should be a tutorial somewhere on deviantart. ^^
