Personality: In general to strangers and average citizens he is very cold, treating them with contempt and often talking down to the with less respect than he would a bug as he sees mortals as a creature of pointlessness that takes up a tiny sliver of time in the universe. When dealing with someone he sees as gifted or a superhero/villian he'll treat them with a more gentler, amused tone in an attempt to try and tempt them to join his legion as he find their uniqueness intriguing but also sees they as a valuable soul to have in his command. With his friends he acts in his true nature, being very suave and flirtatious with them but with his enemies he often talks with extreme hatred and condescending, which can sometimes even cloud his judgement when dealing with them.

History: Doesn't remember his human life. In hell he was a lowly demon that slowly climbed the demon hierarchy, never satisfied with his position or power he grew envious of the powerful demon lords and dukes that ruled over the many legions of demons that inhabited hell. Finally his envy grew too much and he went against the hierarchy to try and form his own legion to command over, he convinced many demons from his former legion and others to abandon their dukes and join his legion in rewards for high standing and power but even after this he still did not have enough demons to form a legion so he decided to escape hell and claim the souls of sinners, forcing them into his legion. Once he escaped from hell he emerged on Hezsc, just a few miles north of the capitol, he proceeded to travel into the capitol in hopes of finding many corrupt souls to claim for his cause.
