I have this headcanon that Teddy is genderfluid and sometimes performas as a girl.

Girly-Ted!
Honest, I thought this was a lesbian couple when I first looked at it. Personally I dislike the pairing because it's so emotionally incestuous, but if they were both girls I think I'd go for it. Horray for Vickie and Teddie, dykes to watch out for!

This is a beautiful drawing but I think the blurred background sort of takes away from it a little bit. Amazing details though.

Do you have any suggestions for the background? I just didn't feel confortable to just take the background as is and leave it unedited.

If anything, you could get a screenshot of platform 9 3/4's from Pottermore and just copyright the background to them in the disclaimer.

I don't want to use screenshots from Pottermore because they relate to specific moments on the books, and this happened way after, so I used official Universal Studios concept material, and credited them in the description. I don't see the point of your suggestion.

Yes they are from specific moments but more then one of those moments, takes place at platform 9 3/4's. You'll have at least 4 instances currently to draw from. Thereby taking one of those screenshots -because lets face it, you're only going to see a SMALL SECTION of it in the background ANYWAY -you will have a more digital art / cartoon styled background, instead of just blurred photography, thereby NOT taking away focus from Victoire and Teddy. THAT's the point of my suggestion.

It's not a photography. have you checked the link I provided in the description? it's a concept art. I can try to blur it less, but it's not a photo, it's a piece of artwork very similar to the ones on Pottermore.

Ah yes, well even so the Pottermore version might look more cartoon-ish to coincide with your own style.

I tried using the same picture, blurring it less, desaturating a bit and making it wider, does it look better? seeing her off

IF you're dead set on using that background image, yes, it looks a little better than before.
