still practicing painting. i wasn't going to put this up, but someone said that it wasn't half bad. so here it is. done with watercolors.THIS IS NOT Yaoi. nothing against yaoi, but you get what i mean.
luke and asch are from tales of the abyss
by the way the scanner raped my picture, so i had to fix it up on photoshop. still doesn't look as good as the original

This is a really cool pose. I always wanted to draw two characters in a similar way. I can't paint so seeing the watercolors done this way is really good. Do you paint a lot of backgrounds?

I'm having trouble finding skin colour water paint, What colour did you use or what colours did you mix if so could you tell me

raw sienna plus chinese white paint. sometimes i add a little rose to it to make it pinker. people say that using white and black to lighten and darken your colors is cheating. they can kick themselves.
just kidding about that last part. i love cheating and adding white paint. its either that or use more water, but you don't want your pic to be a runny mess.

My sole recommendation is perhaps use masking fluid next time for clothes details, but an excellent painting!

What are you "still practicing" with your painting? I think this one came out awesome! Maybe some richer colors wouldn't hurt, but hey, I can't paint
