William Truehart -- known more commonly by his insisted alias 'Dr. W' or simply just 'W' is a tall, skinny man with a penchant for building and tinkering with computers and small robots, as well as learning about whatever else it is that happens to catch his interest. He's dubbed himself a mad scientist - though it's debatable whether he's actually mad or a scientist at all (doctorates drawn in crayon simply don't count).

His scatterbrained, eccentric and often unintentionally blunt nature can come across as somewhat off-putting, and he can be quite gullible, but luckily his lack of social aptitude may come across as charming... to some people, anyway.
