This one is rather old in comparison to the others you pasted up in the crit thread. So it's not too beneficial to point out a lot of mistakes which you've learned from in the passed almost year. What's the biggest issues here are with anatomy and form. The arm saluting is rather stiff and the clothing doesn't show off the forms of the body underneath. Make sure you keep these things in mind when creating your pieces nowadays but if you're still having trouble with either of these aspects feel free to let me know and I'll help out more in depth.

I can't control how much it costs x___x so I wouldn't mind if you just download it and get it printed elsewhere for cheaper (I have a larger file if you want it). The art was made for you after all!
