Raj is a Bengal Tiger Neko girl born in India.

With sharp claws, cutesy demeanor and peculiar fashion sense, Raj is very different from the rest of the cast.

Like most Neko people, Raj can be domesticated by a human and live with them but would have to follow orders unless she has an Independant Action Permit Bell on her neck in which you have to take an exam to have... Let's just say that's not Raj's mojo. She'd rather not take orders and is honestly to lazy to take an exam, so in a sense she is homeless. What she really ends up doing is just follow Deuce and the gang on adventures just for funsies. She is weird, silly and clumsy but brings delight to a lot of people.

Her cat instincts are through the roof, this could be considered a good or a bad thing. For one she can land on her feet when falling, and she can hear and smell from a good distance, but the downsides are that she gets distracted by everything that is small and constantly moving like butterflies and she loves to make trouble sometimes.

She can fight really well despite her rather cute appearance, using her claws and teeth with with a mix of the hand to hand combat Kalaripayattu martial art. Her Gothic Lolita boots also can be deadly when she kicks due to their mass.
