Reginger is a Fairy-type creation of Regigigas. It isn't just the smallest Regi, it also can't move those legs. It uses it's arms to move around. It's misbehaviour and mischief are what got it locked away in the first place. Heck when they tried to dig it up again, it kept resealing the cave it was in! The background for this was done on a whim. I wanted something clearly bizarre but not scary, just whimsical.
