I finally found it! NOW WHO'S GONNA STOP ME?!?!?!This has taken a solid hour of searching. I almost missed it - another Roaring Moon tried to body me whilst this guy just casually walked past.
Broke off that battle and caught him. Or her. I guess it's genderless.
I'm very pleased with this! It's my first Paradox Shiny - discounting the Scream Tail I accidentally murdered.
Now excuse me whilst I make a Gijinka for this.
