Description
This drawing here was started during a dress rehearsal for a choir concert, around December 10 or so. I got the lines done after school let out, then stayed up one night to do the shading. The guy was originally going to have just plain black fatigues, but my dad suggested urban camo, so I tried it out. Just fyi, that means shades of gray and black in a camo pattern used in, well, urban combat. He's got an unspecified silenced SMG with a light and laser, along with (this IS somewhat in the future) the equivalent of an ACOGS and red dot sight combined. On his back is another rifle with a stock similar to the CAR telescoping stock. I tried to correct the scan as much as possible to match the actual drawing, but it's still just a bit off for my satisfaction.

For those REALLY nerdy folks, you may notice the shoulder badge is similar to that of the ODSTs in the Halo universe. This was, of course, done on purpose because I meant this guy's unit to be the precursor, the predecessor, the early stages of what are the ODSTs. Hard as nails, efficient and always combat ready shock troopers who never pass up a chance for a fight.

And for reference, this was done during the winter break of senior year.
