My latest eye, people often ask why I do eye's so often. It's because eyes can be more detailed, eyes are smaller, and they are a tonne easier to make it look amazing.

I really like this, Both the exterior of the eye and interior. Creative and detailed. If there was one bit of feedback I might give about the actual execution of the idea, it's that the red edge is a little too sharp and kind of separates a bit too much from the white edge. It makes the viewer a little aware of the fact that it has been " 'shopped " in. The red edge has a black shadow around it that is a bit unnatural, so makes it look as if there actual ball in the middle was separated from the eye, and was in-fact a ball ontop of the eye. I don't know if that is the desired effect, but it detracts a little I feel (the sharp red edge, and black shadow around it).
Other than that, the rest is fantastic. I love the colour usage, they don't clash and meld well together. The detail in the iris is most excellent.
