The Doctor and his crazy eyebrows, surveying whatever situation he's found himself in. I really haven't watched much Doctor Who, but I've seen enough to know what an awesome character the Doctor is! He's so energetic and Scottish!Drawn for my friend ~TwoGuysOnATrain , the biggest Doctor Who enthusiast I've yet to meet!

I've always been a big fan of different accents...specially Scottish. For no apparent reason. None at all. Other than the fact that David Tennant and John Barrowman come from Scotland.

Oh, Scottish accents! I LOVE scottish accents, they are actually my favorite too! For me it was Billy Boyd from Lord of the Rings who sparked my Scottish accent intrest. (I am about as obsessed with those movies as you seem to be with Doctor Who
