And that has a certain intregue and comfort to it.
The picture awakens my darkest fears while satisfying my need for beauty and meaning.

Comments should start with a coherent thought, right? I'll start with the woods. Washed-out contors of those trees, their tangled branches looking like they're covered with cobweb -- all this looks mysterious and nightmarish which adds the tension. Washed-out lines is something close to a nightmare that echoes inside your head through the next day. The girl is covered with a hazy fabric which emotionally makes her part of the picture. Tense work... my coherency runs out, but I love it.

There are a few really beautiful people on da that do self portraits and have a lot of 'dafame' for it, in my eyes, without good reason.
