yep heres a more modern ref. not really a modern because i dONT HAVE A REFERENCE FOR THEMi dont feel like explaining this i just submitted a whole story to staleelephantbones

ALSO Echos species name is Re-Peat bot.
..Yes you can make ocs that are of that species, just don't make them too much like Echo because all Re-Peat bots don't look very similar.
(none of them would have the oil tears that came from an oil spill, because thats the only time a Re-Peat bot did something not normal)
