@ Kukow - Many thanks I really enjoyed building and painting this one
@ precinctomega - It was airbrush with a colour modulation effect, applying 2 or 3 successive airbrush highlights which gives it the faded paint look. Chipping is all sponge and brushwork. Believe it or not the main dark rust colour is old GW Scorched Brown and the light orange rust is Vallejo.
@ toht981 - That's pretty much what I was saying in my head during the paint job : )

Nice job. So, did you airbrush and then apply the weathering with a sponge, or did you airbrush over a masking agent and then remove it?
I like the colour you used for the rusted areas, too. What paint is that?
